The implications of Studer and Johnston’s work furthered the field of archeology as a whole. C. Stewart Johnston made many significant finds in the Panhandle and wrote several scientific articles that are still used by researchers today. Studer was a charter member of PPHM and donated his noteworthy collection which spans natural history, paleontology, archeology, and archival material.
