An extensive architectural collection includes the work of architects Guy A. Carlander and Emmett F. Rittenberry, from the 1920s to the 1950s.  Their Art Deco style influenced architecture in the Panhandle-Plains region, as well as the state of Texas and the Southwest.  The Center’s map collection contains maps from the 19th century to the present
