Buster Ratliff joined the museum in 2003 as Operations Coordinator and became the Development Director in 2017. He has a master of science in Information Organization from the University of North Texas and a bachelor of arts in History from West Texas A&M University. He oversees the development, collections, and exhibitions management for PPHM. Ratliff believes that museums and the arts should always play an integral part in any community's development and growth and looks forward to the new chapter that is the CFTP..
