At the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, Texas’ largest history museum, Stephanie Price directs a marketing team in developing and executing all advertising, PR, social media, and promotions. One of her favorite accomplishments at PPHM was bringing Mysteries at the Museum to film and promote one of the artifacts resulting in national notoriety and exposure. Prior to PPHM, Stephanie worked in book promotions and sales for Hastings Entertainment and at 33 Interactions, a marketing firm in Sydney, Australia. Her B.A. degree in Advertising and Public Relations is from West Texas A&M University and M.A. in Public Relations is from Kent State University.
Stephanie serves on the District 10 Leadership team for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and is on the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce Board and Amarillo CVC board. She is an avid volunteer for United Way of Amarillo and Canyon’s Day of Caring, March of Dimes and Zeta Tau Alpha.
In 2018, Stephanie was awarded the Rising Star for the State of Texas by the Texas Travel Industry Association presented by Southwest Airlines. In 2019, she was named Member of the Year for the AAF 10th District and the March of Dimes Sunshine for Charlotte Volunteer of the Year. Stephanie was named Member of the Year for AAF-Amarillo in 2014 and one of Amarillo Chamber's Top 20 under 40 in 2015.
Stephanie loves to travel and has been to 26 different countries of which England and Australia were her favorites. In her free time, she enjoys reading, volunteering and traveling. Stephanie and her wonderful husband Joseph have one daughter, an angel in heaven named Charlotte. Stephanie loves her pets- 2 cats and 2 dogs a Miniature Schnauzer and a Terrier mix .
