Fee Schedule

Use of the Research Center is free of charge for members of the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum and West Texas A&M University students, faculty, and staff. Non-members are charged $5 for a one-day research pass, payable at the admissions desk.

RESEARCH SERVICES

Fees for research conducted by staff in response to mail, telephone or email requests:

First hour no charge

Subsequent hours $15/hour

REPRODUCTION SERVICES

Photocopies

$.20/page

DIGITAL REPRODUCTION FEES

Scanning fee	$5/image
CD	$2

Files can be sent by email when possible

Applicable postage applied to material sent by mail

USAGE FEES

A fee is added to the cost of each reproduction based on its proposed use:

Personal use	$10/image
Print publication	$50/image
Online presentation	$50/image
Film and video	$100/image
Advertising	$100/image
Public display	$20/image

Usage fees may be reduced or waived for non-profit organizations, local news media, scholarly publications, or student use.
